Anglo American’s Metallurgical Coal business unit is the official Regional Partner with the Brisbane Broncos. This partnership entitles Anglo American to a series of regional tours with leading Broncos players in our mining communities and naming rights for Australian Junior Rugby League Carnivals throughout Queensland.
Our regional partnership allows us to give back to our employees and their families in our communities by providing them with the opportunity to meet their rugby league heroes. We host rugby league skills clinics for local school students to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle and promote diversity through our Women in Mining Diversity Program within our workforce and the communities in which we operate.
